Set within Kensington’s historic precinct in Melbourne, the eight-storey workspace is the first project to pass Melbourne City Council’s Green Factor Tool and was completed in May 2023. Defined by its streets of brick warehouses, towering grain silos and the Younghusband Woolstore dating back to 1901, the building is the first development of scale in the area. Delivering both the architectural and interior design elements, the project realises the developer’s vision to rejuvenate an area ready for life again.
